To Whom It May Concern:

We know that there is a need for fundraisers in our local area.  Seeing this need in our community we have come up with some fundraiser ideas.  These ideas can be revamped to fit your needs.

Here’s how easily it works: First Idea.

1.      Give us a date. Fundraisers days will be any Saturday or Sunday.

2.      Fundraiser times are 7am-1pm. You can choose to shorten that if you wish.

3.      Get a group of 5 or more.  We will supply everything and a cashier. We also suggest signs for waving out on the main street. 

4.      The hours that your group works at the store you will receive 50 % of what the store makes.

Here’s how easily it works: Second Idea.

1.      Give us a date.  Tuesday-Sunday

2.      Give us a time. We can deliver.

3.      We can make up a dozen raised glazed donuts.  Sell it to you for ______ then you can either sell them by the dozens for a suggested _______ or individually for a suggested _____.  (Blanks will be filled in on request.)

4.      We thought this fundraiser could work for school breakfasts or lunches at a table or on the corner of a busy street.

The Happy Donut is very interested in helping out with our community.  We have provided many services over our year here and continue to do more for the community in which we live.
